Paul Lindquist was born in Colorado and attended ColoradoUniversity. He began his real estate career in DenverColorado, 32 years ago and shortly began to specialize in the sale of commercial and investment properties. In Denver, Lindquist became involved with a start up residential real estate franchise and bought the regional rights to market the franchise in California.

During his three decade long career, he founded and was the president of Impact Commercial and Investment Brokers, a commercial investment brokerage firm that specialized in representing purchasers and tenants in the western United States. In addition, he has worked for several national and regional real estate firms including, Del Webb, Marcus & Millichap and most recently, for Re/Max Commercial Brokerage, where he was awarded the prestigious President’s Club award for sales performance.

Paul has a wife and two teenaged sons. He is active as and Assistant Scoutmaster in his sons Boy Scout troop. He is and accomplished painter in oils and has had several art shows and exhibits. Paul and his family are excited to make a new start in Nevada, and Paul is especially excited about joining the Exit Realty Team!
